CANCELLATION & NO SHOW In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guest, I require 48 hour notice should you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hour notice, and want to reschedule, you will need to put down 25% of the estimated total once again. I do require 25% of the estimated total be paid each and every time of booking that will go towards your remaining balance. I understand circumstances come up out of your control, so please keep I touch with me if you can not make it to your appointment. RUNNING LATE - I understand that sometimes we cannot control traffic, getting kids of out the house on time, or even taking out our pets. When we schedule an appointment I make sure I book a 15 minute buffer because I know things happen. If you are running later than 15 minutes we may have to adjust to a smaller service in order for me to run on time with other appointments. If you run later than 15 minutes a late fee will be applied to your service total.
